How to choose your size
The measurements shown in each product description are garment measurements, not body measurements. For the best comparison, lay a similar sweater or garment flat and measure it without stretching.
Measurement points
A — Body length: measured from the highest shoulder point to the hem.
B — Chest width: measured flat from armpit to armpit. Double this number for the full circumference.
C — Sleeve length: measured from the armpit to the cuff.
D — Turtleneck or collar: measured unrolled.
Fit
Many Tiffy Mohair designs are intentionally oversized. Choose according to the listed garment measurements and the fit you prefer rather than relying only on the size label.
Because every piece is handmade, a natural variation of approximately 2–5 cm may occur. Highly elastic knits can vary more when relaxed or stretched.
Custom measurements are available for many made-to-order pieces. Please include the requested measurements in the order notes or contact us before ordering.

This personalized baby alpaca sweater is hand-knitted from soft baby alpaca yarn and finished with custom raised embroidery on the front. The fluffy texture, relaxed shape, red color and high turtleneck make it a cozy, expressive handmade pullover with a personal message.
Personalization
This sweater can be customized with your own embroidered text on the front.
Please write the exact word or short phrase you would like to have embroidered in the personalization box before checkout.
If no personalization text is provided, the sweater will be made exactly as shown in the photos, with the same front phrase: “CERTIFIED Fluff Lover”.
The text should be short and similar in length to the example shown in the photos, so it fits beautifully on the sweater.

For a comfortable fit, we recommend choosing the size based on the listed flat measurements.
• Each garment can be custom-made to your measurements, preferred material, color and embroidered text. Please send me your measurements, and I will provide the exact price based on your request.
• Color options:
If there is a color palette shown in the listing, please choose from it.
If not, or if you would like a different color, please send me a message and I will show you the available yarn shades.
• We can also create garments based on your own design ideas. Send me a message, and we will discuss how to make them real.
• Please keep in mind that measurements may differ by 2–5 cm because of the natural stretch of the yarn and the construction of the garment. Pieces made with more elastic yarns may vary by 2–10 cm.
• Production time: 2–6 weeks.

We ship worldwide with Priority Registered Airmail and DHL Express from Bulgaria.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
• Priority Registered Airmail: usually takes 7–17 business days, depending on your location.
• DHL Express: delivers in 2–5 business days worldwide.
Combined shipping is available for multiple items.
Returns & Exchanges
• Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, including personalized embroidered sweaters and all made-to-order garments.
Only ready-to-ship items can be returned, unless the custom item arrives damaged or defective.
• Please double-check measurements and personalization text before purchasing to ensure the correct fit and spelling.
Return conditions:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
