Materials & Care

Natural fibers

We work with mohair, alpaca, baby Suri alpaca, wool, merino, yak, cashmere, angora, cotton and carefully selected yarn blends. Natural fibers have their own texture and character, so slight differences in color, fluffiness and surface are normal.

Some wool yarns are extra raw and minimally processed. They can feel more rustic or naturally prickly than softened commercial wool. This is part of the fiber's natural character and is noted in the product description where relevant.

Care instructions

Hand wash gently in cold or lukewarm water, ideally 20–30°C, using a small amount of detergent suitable for wool and delicate fibers.

Do not rub, twist, wring or leave the garment soaking. Rinse gently, press out excess water in a towel and dry flat in its natural shape.

Do not tumble dry. Keep away from direct heat and strong sunlight while drying.

Store knitwear folded rather than on a hanger. Light pilling is natural with soft fibers and can be removed carefully with a suitable knitwear comb.
