Measurement points
A — Body length: measured from the highest shoulder point to the hem.
B — Chest width: measured flat from armpit to armpit. Double this number for the full circumference.
C — Sleeve length: measured from the armpit to the cuff.
D — Turtleneck or collar: measured unrolled.

Because every piece is handmade, a natural variation of approximately 2–5 cm may occur. Highly elastic knits can vary more when relaxed or stretched.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The sweater must be unworn and returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
