At Tiffy Mohair, every piece is hand-knitted in Bulgaria by skilled knitters using premium natural yarns such as mohair, alpaca, wool, yak, cashmere, merino and other natural fibers.

Processing & Production Time

Many of our items are handmade to order. Production time for made-to-order and custom pieces is usually 2–6 weeks, depending on the item, size, complexity, yarn availability and current workload.

Ready-to-ship items are usually prepared and shipped faster.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide from Bulgaria.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

Priority Registered Airmail

Usually takes 7–17 business days, depending on the destination.

DHL Express

Usually delivers in 2–5 business days worldwide.

Combined Shipping

Combined shipping is available for multiple items whenever possible.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

US customers will not be charged additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

For other international destinations, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, postal services, courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
