Are the products handmade?

Yes. Tiffy Mohair began in Burgas, Bulgaria, in 2013. Every garment is knitted by hand in small quantities by skilled women from across Bulgaria.

What is the difference between ready to ship and made to order?

Ready-to-ship items are already completed. Made-to-order items are knitted after purchase and usually require 2–6 weeks unless another timeframe is shown.

Can I request another size or color?

Many products can be made in another size, color or custom measurements. Availability depends on the yarn and design.

How does personalization work?

Enter the exact word, name or phrase in the personalization field. If no custom text is entered, the item is made as shown in the product photos unless the listing says otherwise.

Will every natural-fiber garment feel equally soft?

No. Mohair, alpaca, cashmere, wool and other natural fibers have different textures. Some raw wool is naturally more rustic or prickly, while baby alpaca, Suri alpaca and cashmere are generally softer.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information is sent after dispatch.
