• For chunky knit sweaters, choose 1–3 sizes larger than your usual size. Measurements are taken from the outer side of the garment, so the fit will be smaller on the body.
• Each garment can be custom-made to your measurements, preferred material, and color. Please send me your measurements (following the guide in the photos), and I will provide the exact price based on your request.

If not, or if you would like a different color, please send me a message and I will show you the available yarn shades.
• We can also create garments based on your own design ideas. Send me a message, and we will discuss how to make them real.
• Please keep in mind that measurements may differ by 2–5 cm because of the natural stretch of the yarn and the construction of the garment. Pieces made with more elastic yarns may vary by 2–10 cm.
• Production time: 2–6 weeks.
• Buttons or ornaments may vary slightly from the photos, depending on availability.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
• Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged (this includes all made-to-order garments).
Only ready-to-ship items can be returned, unless the custom item arrives damaged or defective.
