Production and shipping
Made to order: Please allow approximately 2–6 weeks for hand-knitting. Each pair is individually crafted in Bulgaria. We ship worldwide with tracking and dispatch orders once per week, usually on Wednesday. Express shipping is available worldwide, generally 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Combined shipping is available for multiple items. US customs duties and taxes are prepaid (DDP).
Returns and questions
As these trousers are made to order to your selected specifications, they are not eligible for standard change-of-mind returns; this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
